A clear matte lip primer formulated to prepare the lips before applying other lip products. It creates a temporary plumping effect by stimulating circulation through a strong warming and tingling sensation, caused by the inclusion of capsicum annuum fruit extract, a natural chili pepper-derived ingredient known to increase blood flow to the lips. This results in a fuller appearance shortly after application. 

Key ingredients

In addition to its plumping function, the primer helps smooth lip texture and creates an even base for lipstick. It contains moisturizing ingredients such as avocado oil, sweet almond oil, and collagen, which help keep the lips soft and hydrated. It also helps prevent smudging and fading, allowing lip color to last longer.

The plumping effect is temporary. Not recommended for sensitive or irritated lips, as the tingling sensation can vary in intensity.

The product leaves a matte finish and can be used alone or under other lip products.

Instructions

Use before applying any lipstick. Apply a small amount to clean lips using the applicator. Allow it to dry for 15 seconds, then apply a matte lip color on top. Use alone or under lipstick. A warming or tingling sensation is normal. Avoid contact with the skin around the lips. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
