Maximum weight of the parcel is 30kg. Venipak delivery times are assumed, not guaranteed. Courier has no obligation to call up front before delivery. You'll receive the tracking details for your parcel in your order dispatch confirmation email.
Larger parcels than 30kg are charged separately. Goods will be delivered to unloading site and client is expected to ensure the possibility to unload at the site.
